Can we ever reach the Poles???

A lot of hype is going on in the fields of exploration, particularly into the realms of space in recent times. The universe is something that has intrigued mankind since time began but there remains horizons quiet near to us where man has never been able to step foot-"The poles". It remains to be seen whether man would in any likelyhood be able to comprehend this seemingly easy but in reality quiet tough achievement. Through research I have put forward a theory named as "Polar Effect" which explains a possible force of attraction which could affect all magnetic matter existing in the polar regions.

Now as we know that the earth rotation causes the molten iron inside to rotate as well, which is the reason for the magnetic field of the earth. As a charge on a coil creates a magnetic field, the iron inside the earth rotating is similar to a current in a coil which creates a magnetic field according to Faraday's law.

The effect of this magnetic field can be experienced if we suspend a magnet by a thread etc. The magnet would align itself in a south-north direction.

Magnetic fields are in the form of magnetic lines of force which start at the north pole of the magnet and end at the south pole. Here the poles of the magnet coincide with those of the earth's too. So the magnetic lines of force start from the Earth's north pole and end at the Earth's south pole. Any magnetic object near these lines of force get aligned along the path of the lines.

But the concentration of these lines of force are higher at the point of origination ie at the Poles. So if anyone happens to go to the Poles,they would find themselves near any one of these lines at any place. If the object happens to be magnetic, they could also feel a magnetic force which pulls them to the path of these lines.

Crafts like submarines and ships could feel a light push at these regions which could divert their course but if a man happens to be at these place, he could even die. The human body has lots of iron in it and these iron particles could be pulled out from the human cells by the magnetic force. This could result in cell rapture and could also result in death.

The below described axiom has not been proved.

3-d videos in YouTube

This is a way by which you can create and watch 3-d videos. There was a time when 3-d videos needed special kind of projectors and spectacles which could be set up only in Cinema Halls.
But Nowadays 3d videos can be seen from even your home.

I first saw this stuff in YouTube but few people have actually understood it and the ones who have are awestruck about seeing something they thought was impossible.
I will post this blog in the form of questions.

1.What is 3-d video?
---It is actually a video in which the particles appears to project outside form the screen which gives us a sense of reality.

2.How to watch it?
--- The video is not actually to be seen with your naked eyes. You need a special kind of spectacles which can be made even at your home. All you need to do is create a frame with cardboard and fix a blue "glass paper"(it is actually a coloured plastic sheet which is transparent) as the right glass and a red glass paper as the left glass.
The video appears 3-d when you watch it using this spectacles.

3.How does this work?
--- When you watch the video with your naked eyes you can see that there are actually two images of a single particle. One in red and the other in blue, both separated by a small distance. For example if it is a man, there is a real image of him in blue and another in red.
When your right eye sees it through the blue glass it can see only the red image as the blue image gets mixed up in the color of glass. In same way the left eye can see only the blue image as red image gets lost too. So each of your eye sees two different images which is actually separated by a small distance.

But when you actually view an object both your eyes sees the same object and your mind forms a combined image of both of those images.

But in this case as the two images are different the combined image formed appears to be projected from screen.

Fastest means of Travel through space

This idea came to me like when I was sitting like Newton. When an apple fell on him he founded gravity. I may just have discovered the fastest means of travel through space.

We all know that the earth and all planets are rotating very fast.What happens if it were to suddenly stop?? We would just be thrown into  space  at that blistering speed.

Could we ever use this phenomenon to LAUNCH a SPACESHIP into space, it could very well solve our problem and enable us to reach distant galaxies.

The earth has a radius of around 6378 km. That means the circumference is about 40,000km which we are travelling in 24 hrs. This means a speed of 1670km/hr. I was not so good with maths from day one. Hence I leave the calculations of angular motion to you guys.

What I want to say is that the earth could easily be one of the most slowly rotating planets in entire space and even then any body at rest is travelling at 1670km/hr.

It means if suddenly when the earth were to stop, the objects on its surface will be thrown at this speed because of the Centrifugal Force.Of course gravity could play a part in slowing down.

Consider if we could find a heavenly body(planet,satallite or asteroid) that is rotating at a very high speed and whose size is small which reduces gravity,Our Problem reduces to finding a way to stop the panet from rotating.

I would restate the procedure in steps.

1.Select Body: I would prefer a satallite or asteroid which has high rotation speed. This is because when size increase, gravity increase and we have to decrese gravity as much as possible. I would say Satallites of Jupitur or Saturn would be up for it.

2.Place Spaceship: We must place it along its equator to gain maximum speed.

3.Stop Rotation: If I knew how  to do it, I wouldnt be blogging around. But I have a prospect for that too.

Rotation is a purely mechanical force which originated because of Big Bang and hence we cannot do much about it. But there is a large deposit of magnetic material in the earth's core which act as  bar magnet. If we apply a large magnetic force  repelling the earh's magnetization, we could stop it. 

See You Yesterday

Want a ride? Well!!! How about one through Time. Time Travel may be the new form of Transportation in future but are you ready for it???

Today everybody says "See you Tomorrow". Who knows what the future holds could be "See you Yesterday".

Albert Einstein has proved contradictially(By theoritical arguments and not technically)  that whenever a body accelerates, Time slows down for it by a factor E(epsilon) called Lorentz factor. But this becomes considerable only when the body travel at speed matching the speed of light.

This can be Explained by an experiment called "Twin Paradox" .It says that if there are two twin brothers and one of them was an astronemer, and takes off in a spacecraft to a distant star and returns home,the journey done at the speed of light. when he returns home his brother would be twice as aged as him. It means he is in FUTURE.

It is because, each time the space Craft accelerates,time slows down for him.

Time Travel into past is highly unlikely as it can change the whole course of events after it reached in the past. The only explanation given is based on the Parallel universe theory.

It says that there are large number of similar universes in space. So if someone reaches in the past and changes some events, it can lead to another universe independent from ours.

Download Youtube Videos with EMBED DISABLED

You log on to the most famous  site YOUTUBE to download the most awaited and anticipated video song of your favourite pop star only  to find the EMBED disabled and you switch off in disgust and disappointment.

If you are that kind of a guy, YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Well most of you would be using some plugins of Fiefox to do the job too.But here is how you can do it manually.

All you need to do is to understand the relation between the URL that you have and the EMBED code that you are seeking. 

eg: The URL of a specific  video looks like this  :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hLXeLYLu0A

There are two variables inside an EMBED code "value" and "src" whose values are equal and  based on the URL.The rest of the code is same for all videos.

They can be Obtained by making some variations to the URL at your hand. Delete the "watch?" and put a "/" in place of "=" and enter these in the end "&hl=en&fs=1". So that the URL now looks like "http://www.youtube.com/v/9hLXeLYLu0A&hl=en&fs=1". This can be used as the valus for "src" and "value" variables inside an EMBED code. All you have to do is this:

1. Copy the embed code of any video with good clarity.

2.Modify the "value" and "src" variables inside it to the value that we have formed.

3.You now have at hand  the EMBED code that you need to download any video. You can now use a YOU Tube downloader to download that video from YouTube.
